Classic Shakshuka

INGREDIENTS:
2 tomatoes, diced.
Avocado oil.
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 shallot(Onion)
1 bell pepper
1 teaspoon salt.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
3 tablespoons cheese.
5 eggs.
Recipe:
Wash all the vegetables properly. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
Also cut the onion and pepper(without seeds) in small pieces.
Pure Avocado oil in a pan and let it to be heated.
Now enter Onion and Pepper in it and fry it over medium heat.
Fry 2-3 cloves of garlic over low heat.
Fry 1 shallot over low heat.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
Now add 3 teaspoon of cheese.
Mix it well.
Add eggs.
Do not break the yolk.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Dill.
The eggs are ready!
